Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |

Satisfaction is guaranteed, however, when there is no technical flaw in the lighting or photography itself, and satisfaction is subjective as in "beauty is in the eye of the beholder..." we will go to reasonable lengths to insure you are satisfied, with the understanding that some services such as retouching may incur additional cost to the customer. We will do absolutely everything we can to insure you get what you paid for and the meetings we will have prior to your wedding dates insures that we will get the right pictures of your events and more. |

What packages do you offer? What are your rates? |
| |
Rates vary depending upon services. For instance, wedding packages start as low as $700, Portrait sittings are $50 and packages start at $120. Senior/Graduate Packages start at about $150. Most of our wedding packages include the Wedding album for the bride and groom, the parents album and enlargements that are framed and ready to hang. |

How quickly will I receive see my pictures? |

Since we own our web servers and design and post our own web sites you will have your pictures for viewing online in about a week or sooner. Your proof book will be ready in about 2 weeks. |

Can I see examples of your work? |

Yes, visit: www.woubee.com or call 612-940-2169 for a slide show/consultation. We have printed samples of our work that you are more than welcome to see when you set up an appointment for your free consultation. |

Do you use digital or film? |
| |
We are 100% digital. This way we are not limited to how many pictures we take for your events and also it will make the work flow that much more quicker and efficient. You can see some previews of your pictures on location. |

Do you require a deposit? |
| |
Yes we do. The deposit for Weddings is 50% of the package you select and to reserve your date. For Portrait services the deposit covers the sitting. For Senior/Graduate Portraits the deposit is 50% of the package price. All final payments are due when you receive your final album/s or prints. |

Do you provide black and white photography? |

Yes, as well as Sepia tone and many other special effects! |

How far are you willing to travel? |
| |
We will go where ever you are having your event, we have packages that are trailered for customers outside of Minnesota. We have access to discount fares and hotels where we could save you a great deal of money in some location in the US. |

What is your photographic style? |

We do not limit ourselves to one style. We incorporate traditional, candid, posed and photojournalist styles giving our customers variety, the ability to choose which styles that they want to take advantage of, and flexibility. |

Can I keep the negatives? |

Since we shoot entirely in digital formats , there are no negatives. HOWEVER, Every wedding package we have includes CD's/DVD's of the files along with copyright release in the price. |

Over 7 years of Professional training from some of the largest photographic equipment manufactures and photographic educators. We learn something new from every event we work and we believe that you can never stop learning! |

We strive to capture the best moments of your event and for that we don't limit ourselves to a time limit or the amount of pictures we take and since our packages include everything in one price there is no hassle on getting your albums and enlargements. |

How many pictures do you take? |

UNLIMITED! We take as many as need to cover the event. This allows us to tell a complete story of your event. We don't go home after the first dace or the cake ceremony. |
